Milton Ali is an excellent realtor. He thoughtfully took notes at our initial meeting and showed us several homes based upon our preferences. He was readily available throughout the entire process and gave pertinent advice without being pushy. We never felt the process was too slow or being rushed. Milton took the time to show individualized attention. He showed his expertise several times especially when guiding us on negotiating with the seller. He helped us to see the larger picture which resulted in our purchasing THE PERFECT home for our family that was within our budget.
